Everything in our universe, from objects to life forms, have a Chi energy component. When we are tired, stressed out, or sick, our life force CHI or QI can get burned out like a candle. Qi Gong (Qi pronounced chee) forms the outer protective shield which is the surrounding outside of one’s body (aura, vibes or vibrational frequency), biomagnetic fields, and also inside one’s body in all organs in different layers. We require more life force and more energy Chi to bring us back together especially when we are scattered, confused, worrisome or have anxiety. When the Chi energy is balanced will effectively clear frustrations, re-focus, and feel centered. When we are sick, more Chi or Qi will speed recovery. All organs require good Chi to function properly.
Chi Gong or Qigong exercise helps sleep deeper, improve blood circulation, and longevity. It was known to be a miraculous cure during ancient times when medicines and drugs were lacking or not working. Qi Gong or Chi Gong is a method or practice to cultivate one’s energy life force, boost our weakened ability to heal naturally. It is the base of energy medicine, natural healing, acupuncture, martial arts, tai chi, naturopathic medicine, TCM herbal medicine, and reflexology. Good Chi brings you peace, harmony, health and wealth.
Chi Gong (or Qi Gong 氣功 practice is super relaxing. A 10 minute practice may bring an experienced meditator to a deep meditation which usually takes an hour to arrive.
